Today is Grace’s official first day of the sixth grade. She’s off to a great start…I’m super-impressed that she started taking notes on her science info without any “grown up” intervention.
Hi there! I’m new to your blog and enjoying it so far! Congrats on your daughter starting sixth grade and jumping into middle school! I was terrified. It just seemed like such a big deal compared to the elementary grade levels. In September, my oldest will be starting eighth grade and finishing up middle school. And I am terrified all over again, about the whole high school thing, lol.
Again, enjoying your blog. LOVE the title!
Thanks for sharing,

Hello and welcome, Katie! I actually taught middle school for several years, so we’re getting into my comfort zone now. I’m sure you’ll do great with the high school thing!
I am hoping for a good 6th grade year for the student and the teacher! I know y’all will learn a lot and have fun in the process. Love y’all!!
Thank you! We’re looking forward to “middle school.”
Love you, too!!
Spontaneous note taking?! You go, girl! Oh, and remind me to give you some of my custom bookmark note cards.
Woohoo for bookmark note cards!
